Hi I tried to put news on page but there isnt any such a thing. The only thing I can do is to add articles. But I want to have it into 2 different boxes- one will be only news wfrom world 2nd will be only articles on my page. Any ideas how to do this?

Why not work with article module and use themegroups?

first themegroup "news of the world"
second themegroup "mireks news"

create two boxes, e.g. recent articles or so. first box chose first themegroup
other box other themegroup.

Hi again. I thing I ve handle with this problem but now I have another because my news are shown into Articles and I want it to be separate. How can I do this?

Hmm... Take a look at www.pomocne.pl (there is wrong) I have added 2 themegroups (News and Artykuly) and put 2 boxes in center of my page one presents articles from themegroup News, second from themegroup Artykuly. But all News still can be accessed from Article (link at the top menu, see news about Firefox 1.0.1) but I dont want this. News should be access only from the box at the main page or from new link at the top menu (beside Forum and Articles). Can it be done?

I talked with stefan about that. It will not work with 2.2.5 but it will with 2.3.0 and up (the next release). He modified the code to get this working.

Make some Topic....

you can use category too

- Category Manager

make some

then make some article for Topic and/or category

then go into

- admin
- centerbox

make a "Recent Articles Box", you can choose there what ever you want to do.

use two or more "Recent Articles Box" for the topic/category

tip: you can use the "Inline Box" to make interesting things
