do not use Windows based text editors for translate language files if you use UTF-8 encoding.

I'm doing a polish translation OPN and when I apply polish language (those from SVN) my page looks like this:

before (where there is english language) page looks fine (see picture):

All looks fine in Opera and Firefox. Errors are only in IE. Wersion of IE I use is:

Anybody help?
