no, OpenPHPNuke is not made for working with dreamweaver, OPN ist standalone. Perhaps you should check the macromedia website to get further information or just google for flash, dreamweaver etc. But a question: If you decide to write a letter, do you write it with dreamweaver? I hope not  Perhaps word or wordpad would be better for this task.
Why using dreamweaver for cms purposes?
